At Tobii Dynavox Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
